Focus Softnet showcased its ground-breaking AI platform AIFA (Artificially Intelligent Futuristic Applications) at GITEX Technology Week 2019, a globally reputed technology event where IT solutions providers from across the world come under one roof to exhibit their latest technology breakthroughs.
Explaining the capabilities of AIFA, Group CEO Mr. Ali Hyder said, “Focus Softnet has developed AIFA that can be used by organizations to automate all types of functions. These could be from the front office, top executive, managerial, and back office.” Explaining that AIFA is a complete AI platform that can be integrated with an existing ERP system, he also pointed out that AIFA’s VUI (Voice User Interface) can also function as an AI assistant. “With CIOs and IT managers under pressure to do more with less funds, AIFA as a workforce assistant can be used across multiple departments and across multiple roles.” He added.
AIFA is a multilingual AI platform, supporting English and Arabic. It can equip businesses with chatbots, face recognition, robotic process automation and an expert system with advanced analytical tools.
Termed as the ‘biggest tech event’ that ‘inspires the next decade of breakthroughs’, GITEX Technology Week was held from October 6 to October 10, 2019 at the famed Dubai World Trade Centre, with thousands of people attending it.
Focus Softnet has been a regular exhibitor at the GITEX Technology Week and has been exhibiting its advanced business applications at the event every year. Last year, Focus Softnet had introduced Focus 9 – its flagship ERP software with in-memory computing at GITEX.
