Solutions designed to digitise and automate most hotel management processes, vendor claims. Focus Softnet today unveiled a suite of hospitality management solutions, designed to digitise and automate most of the processes to do with hotel management. The vendor hopes that Focus Hospitality Management Suite will help hoteliers eliminate operational errors, deliver greater efficiencies, as well as personalise customer experiences. Focus Softnet said that it had released the software suite in response to the increasing digitisation of hotel operations.
"The hospitality industry in the last few years has increasingly been adopting technology. Technology that enables decision-making based on inventory, revenues, guest service and other factors and this is where the Focus Hotel Management Suite is poised to revolutionise the hospitality industry's digital infrastructure, bringing with it attributes for which Focus is traditionally famous for, and packed with vertical specific features and capabilities under its various modules," said Ali Hyder, group CEO at Focus Softnet.
"As hotel requirements get more sophisticated, properties are finding it harder to manage the sheer volume of information being generated and the speed with which they can transform data to knowledge," said Ali Hyder, group CEO at Focus Softnet.
Hyder added that hotel properties are getting larger and are often spread over multiple geographies, creating a necessity for software that can take control of a hotel property. He said that Focus Hospitality Management Suite was released to make the increasing number of hotel operations manageable and provide real-time visibility into hotel functioning.
Along with the Hospitality Management Suite, Focus Softnet also used today's announcement to unveil the Focus Front Desk Application Suite, which includes features to manage housekeeping, rate management, cashiering, front office, and reservations. Focus Softnet said that the solution can be rolled out through siloes or as an integrated suite.
The vendor added that its new suites are available across multiple platforms, meaning that can be accessed via PCs, tablets, mobile devices and the cloud. Focus Softnet said that it had designed the user interface to flow across different devices, making it easier for users to access the solution through different platforms.
