Gartner-owned ‘Software Advice’, a leading online software directory has named Focus 9 among the ‘FrontRunners’ in Distribution Software. Known for providing information that helps companies select the most suitable software for their business, Software Advice published its much-anticipated market report ‘FrontRunners’ that evaluates verified end-user reviews and product data along with other metrics to name the top performing business systems in specific categories.
The report positioned Focus 9 among the top 13 software in the distribution category, based on scorings for its usability and customer satisfaction ratings for small businesses.
Focus 9 is used by a host of businesses of varying sizes. Its distribution and supply chain modules help in tracking products and terms for multiple suppliers and customers, including diverse aspects such as economic order quantities, for both suppliers and customers. Along with its core modules, it includes crucial features to manage operations, inventory, accounting, customer relationships, orders, purchasing, warehousing and front-counter administration.
Acknowledging it as a distinguished feather in the company’s hat, Focus Softnet’s Group CEO Mr. Ali Hyder expressed his happiness over the news. “We have a long way to go. However, each milestone brings us closer to our goals. It’s heartening and humbling that we have been able to assist small businesses in such challenging times,” he said. “We are gearing up for more exciting things coming October.” He added, hinting towards a new launch at the upcoming global tech event GITEX Technology Week in Dubai.
Focus Softnet has been consistently releasing new products at GITEX each year, an event that is known to attract innovators and business leaders from across the world every year. “Focus 9 being named in the FrontRunners could not have come at a better time.” Mr. Ali Hyder said with a smile.
